Dr. Cheng received her B.A. with honor from the University of California, San Diego. She graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine. During her internship there in general surgery, she developed meticulous and precise surgical skills. Dr. Cheng then proceed to her residency also at Loma Linda University where she worked with excellence in eye surgery. .Possessing calm, steady hands and excellent surgical skills, her meticulous attention to detail makes her an outstanding surgeon.

Dr. Cheng has performed numerous refractive procedures. she owns her VISX S4 with iris Registration laser so she can pass the savings to the patients. By means of  her laser, she ensures the safety and quality of care. BEST LASIK is the only facility in Riverside with its  permanent on site laser owned by a physician.

Dr. Cheng has her own operating room where she performs intraocular surgeries. The state-of-the-art operating room provides dust-free environment and back up system only seen in hospitals which ensure patients’ safety and quality of the surgery.
